Position Title: Site Manager

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customer, responsible for customer satisfaction, organize technical workshops
- Coordinate all activities of partners during the rollout
- Prepare and report all relevant milestones to the Regional Project Manager
- Prepare and report a daily report to customer and HQ
- Troubleshooting during the roll out during the installation and integration phase
- Single point of contact for all installation and integration and SWAP related activities
- Control activities of troubleshooting
- Handle all LTE, RAN and Microwave/ SWAP relevant integration activities with partner
- Escalation point for network relevant failures and events
- Control and handle LTE/SWAP site documentation
- Report all installation and integration relevant milestones to necessary databases Requirements
Qualifications:
- Relationship, Cost and risk management
- Project planning, reporting and processes
- Turnkey/civil work experience
- Experienced in larger and complex rollouts with civil engineering background
- Expert knowledge of MS EXCEL, MS Access would be a benefit
- Language skills: fluent German & English
