For our end client in Munich, Germany, we are currently looking for a 2nd-line supporter/infrastructure administrator to start on the 1st of July for an initial periodof 6 months (possibility of extension).
Our client is maintaining an Infrastructure for MS SharePoint, Atlassian Jira, MS Project
server, and Lotus Domino for more than 8,000 internal users.
Deliveries:
- Monitoring of the application server infrastructure and related resource situation;
- Application of scheduled changes to the infrastructure;
- Server maintenance and upgrades fall all products as mentioned above;
- Migration of servers and services according to the general implementation plan;
- Response to user incidents arriving from the Helpdesk support via TSD;
- Problem investigation and resolution;
- Following the rules and policies for incident and problem management, change management
and escalation procedures.
Skills needed:
- Very good and detailed understanding of MS SharePoint, Atlassian Jira, MS Project server
and IBM Lotus Domino services;
- Knowledge of ITIL procedures;
- Experience in the administration of an application server infrastructure with thousands of users;
- Experience in second line user support;
- Ability to drive server migration projects in the context of the general implementation plan;
- English is the main communication language, French and/or German language skills are of
advantage in communication with the users;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in team;
- Ability to work with people of different culture and in remote locations.

Rate: €45 per hour
