Stellenbeschreibung
- Ensure that project procedures are identified, developed, implemented and applied
- Management of project activities: action tracking, risk management, Project Synthesis Review and other applicable governance and assurance reviews close out
- Develop, implement, update and follow the project Quality Assurance plan and the Quality Control plan (including inspection, testing and certification requirements)
- Review and comment on contractor quality plans, inspection and test plans, manufacturing/fabrication procedures, welding and testing procedures, and other quality documents
- Review and comment on suppliers and vendors quality plans and procedures
- Organize, plan, manage and coordinate inspection requirements
- for equipment and materials at workshops until release for shipment
- for equipment Factory or Site Acceptance Tests (FAT and SAT)
- for prefabrication, installation, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and testing activities at site
- Define and execute quality assurance audits
- Ensure that the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates or equivalent are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements
- Ensure delivery of final quality documentation
Profil
- Detailed technical knowledge of fabrication and inspection of equipment and materials in the refining or petrochemical industry; welding controls and quality documentation
- Previous experience in Project Quality Assurance and Control management, or equivalent background experience for at least 10 years
- Familiar with European, German and local rules and regulations
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under time pressure
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
