SAP Service Manager SPOC (Single point of Contact)Start: ASAP

Topic.
SPOC is required for a large SAP Service Management project taking place for a supper prestigious customer in Germany. The role will be a SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) in her/his SPOC capability area with good stake holder management and excellent organisation skills. Excellent communication and decision making skills are required.
Skills:
Business SPOCs - FICO, Sales Contracts/Quotes, Master Data (Customer, Material, and Vendor) etc…· Functional SPOCs - SAP in general SAP FICO, SAP OTC (Order to Cash), SAP Master Data preferred. Technical SPOCs - SAP Technical Development, SAP Basis & Security, SAP Portal etc…
Must have experience as SAP Service Manager in former projects SPOC is the central team member directly below the Program manager. He/She will be completely responsible for the success of the service support and shall be kept in the loop involving any changes to any of the elements.
SPOC must be mature team member who can provide direction and timely decisions, identify gaps propose solutions and grow the scope . Due to the nature of the project, the right candidate will be responsible for 6 divisions with 6 different systems and a combination of off shore / onsite delivery model.
