Aufgaben:

We are looking for a for a Finance Manager (m/w) for client in Nuremberg.

The following tasks should be done:
+ Ensure Financial Compliance and Governance throughout all Operations/ GSC Finance related processes
+ Provide Head of GSC with full financial transparency and financial guidance
+ Act as Finance Business Partner for the Head of GSC, i.e.
+ Review and challenge performance
+ Review & prepare annual Forecasts and Budgets on cost center level in alignment and cooperation with relevant Business Partnerso Calculate & validate business cases
+ Ensure financial compliance
+ Participation in meetings/ calls
+ Establish, maintain and further improve the GSC Financial Reporting
+ Ensure accurate and tax compliant transfer pricing in close corporation with Group Tax.
+ Establish and drive monthly Financial GSC Performance Reviews
+ Drive Future Ops Controlling (for defined initiatives), i.e.
+ Financially evaluate and validate individual business cases
+ Set-up and perform monthly tracking and reportingo Present results to Project and Operations Management
+ Challenge Business Partner on results
+ Initiate corrective measure wherever possible and reasonable

Anforderungen:

MUST-Haves:
+ Minimum 5+ year experience in controlling, reporting and budgeting processes
+ Experience with stakeholder engagement at various levels
+ Experience in international environment
+ Integrity, transparency and openess
+ Master in Business Administration, MSC, Economics, CIMA
+ Fluent English skills
