We are looking for an Security Architect for an Client in Munich.
Job description:
planning and designing robust security architectures for our platforms
perform security risk assessment and threat modelling exercises with the software development teams, identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements
design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge
document the security risks, develop guidance documentation and create a process to oversee the implementation of the risk mitigation proposed
Enable secure devops processes and infrastructure
Technical Expectations:
Experience of 5-7 years in information security
Familiar with working in the devops environment. Any experience working in the AWS environment is an added plus.
Knowledge and experience in of secure coding practices, encryption technologies, ethical hacking and security testing tools and methodologies, threat modelling
Experience in managing security risk across development teams
Administrative Expectations:
- Ability to work independently with or without direction and/or supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Calmness and clarity of thought under pressure and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective communicator regardless of audience or medium and be able to explain complex security issues simply.
- Accept responsibility and personal accountability
