Workplace consultant (Support and installation)
We are working with an interesting client based in Hamburg, Germany for a long-term project. Our client is looking for a Workplace consultant who has experience in Support and installation.
- Deployment of images, re-installation of devices, delivery of hardware
- printer support (network, MFP, abel, cartridge), network cable patching (LAN)
- exchange of end-user devices, incident handling (local), on off-boarding, meeting room support (patching, VC), beamer support, scanner, label printing support, stock management (local) incl. Asset tag printing, support of Guest WiFi, mobile phone - O365 connection
- helping hand support CCTv, support of local PBX/VOiP system.Antivirus Management, VIP/Executive Support, EUS - Site Support, incident managemt, capacity management, asset management, problem management, change management
