Tätigkeit:For one of our customers in NRW we are looking for a Senior Analyst (f/m) for the following tasks: Identifying technical coherences, feasibility and impacts. Support Business units in definition of the requirements. Perform a method consulting so that the right requirements will be defined and implemented Requirements Engineering. Provide innovative thinking in terms of possible solutions. Define Target Architecture, Standardization roadmap, Architecture roadmap, Rules & Policies, Innovation Blueprint. Translating solutions into the complex IT system landscape matrix respecting budget restrictions, IT architecture and IT strategy and demands of the business. For this project the following skills are necessary: Know how and experience in UNIX, Java, oracle, Clarify, CRM, Voice Objects Framework, Genesys Framework 7.x, 8.x VOIP, SIP, Aspect, ACD. Communication in German and English required. Term: June until December 2010, but only two times a week. Please send us your application with the code word " - Analyst".
