Your tasks:
- Focus on activities that add value to overall Supply Chain
- Decrease complexity where possible and focus on automation
- Manage exceptions (tenders, in general substantial volume in- or decreases/phase-in, phase-out) together with the company countries
- Support the Demand Planning Community within their local organization
- Spread useful information in the Demand Planning Community
Your qualifications
- Conceptional knowledge (demand planning, S&OP, product segmentation by ABC XYZ analysis, forecast accuracy, role of a forecast planner)
- Strong focus on local business, in-depth knowledge about markets
- Experience in change management, high level of acceptance in the countries (networking skills)
- Experience in statistical methods for Demand Management; analytical and IT skills (demand planning tools)
- Presentation and training skills
- Project management skills
- Experience with demand planning and related improvement projects
- Fluent English required
- Willingness to travel
