Stellenbeschreibung:
-SAP Success Factors Consultant- Supporting the issues(P1, P2,P3)raised by Presales, partners and sales team regarding HCM and Successfactors Modules via IT direct ticketing tool and providing solution within the timeliness and meeting the SLAâ??s.- Processing Payrolls for UK, Germany, Canada and China countries.- Working on Demo build Request (configuration) as per the client requirements and providing solutions within the timeliness and meeting the SLAâ??s for SuccessFactors and HCM Modules.- Checking the functionality of scripts which are commonly used by SAP Presales and fixing any issues encountered in the respective showrooms.- Supporting/updating of process document (KEDBdocuments, functional specification document manual) for project - Prepare weekly reports to showcase to management.- Demo Script Validation and Preparing scripts based on the videos on different modules in SuccessFactors and uploading to the Demo store after the client approval

Erforderlich:
- Consultant should be Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Certified HCM Consultant (ECC 6.0 EHP5)- Should have 7 plus years of Expertise (Implementation and support experience) in SAP PAYROLL/HCM for United Kingdom, Canada and other countries and also should be expertise in all Modules in SuccessFactors.- Analytical ability to investigate the Root cause for the functional issues and fix within the timeliness and meeting the SLA's.- Extensively worked on Demo build request as per the client requirements in SuccessFactors and HCM providing solutions within the timeliness and meeting the SLAâ??s.- Extensively worked on ECC 6.0 Version, 4.7EE, SF Employee Central, Onboarding, JAM, Learning Modules etc. - Process payroll for UK, Germany, Canada and China countries

Wünschenswert:
Should have 7 plus years of Expertise in SAP PAYROLL/HCM for all UK, Germany, Canada and China countries and also should have experience in SuccessFactors Modules
