Manning Global’s Client is the world's largest telecommunication vendor, serving one third of the world's population in 170 countries. We are currently recruiting for an CEM VoLTE Consultant to join their business in Germany.

Responsibilities:
- Review of out of the Box UC
- Definition of Scope for Customization according to Service Monitoring Content and Service Management Requirements
- Support in Creation of Monitoring Dashboards according to TEF KQI/KPI´s (with existing Data Content in CEM), incl. XDR/SDR adaptation if required
- The purpose of the Monitoring Dashboards is twofold:
- Fast identification of Voice Service Degradation (local impact or large scale service impact) and Demarcation of the root cause
- Identification of systematic Voice Failures in specific call scenarios (such as Codec or Ciphering Issues, untypical release causes, short calls in specific call scenarios, etc.)
- Support in Definition of Threshold Alarms (based on KPI/KQI definition above) in SmartCare
- Definition of Demarcation Functionality/Logic incl. correlation of Ticket and alarm Data from Network
- Preparation for Alarm forwarding to Netcool
- 3V´s Intelligence (impl. Global UC)
- Tracing in CEM: use of systematic failure patterns from single call-analyses to improve CEM Monitoring Dashboards (e.g. to identify Call-Setup Failures and Mobility Issues that are currently not visible from other Performance Monitoring Tools)
- Identification of Worst-Performing Cells (in terms auf Voice Quality, Handover- or Call-Setup Failures). Fokus: Legacy Voice + mVoLTE

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 5+ years of Optimization experience and detailed understanding of Voice Services (Legacy + mVoLTE)
- Perfectly >1 year hands-on experience with CEM (Voice), especially skilled in CEM architecture (e.g. SDR structure) and dashboard design
- Experience in Layer-3 Call-Flow analyses (4G/3G/2G and interworking like SRVCC and 3G2GHO) & Troubleshooting of Call-Setup or Handover Failures
- Protocol knowledge (SCCP, RANAP, BSSAP, ISUP, SIP, TCP, SS7, ….) and Clear-Code Know-How
- Ability to analyze complex correlated traces based on PCAP Trace-File (e.g. in Wireshark, based on Empirix or Traffica Trace)
- Beneficial: Experience in Network Performance Analyses based on Radio and/or Core Counters
- Fluent German and English language
