Your tasks:
- Rollout of the new CRM system for the Wealth Management area on the basis of Salesforce
- Further development of the legacy CRM system, new functions and decommissioning
- Set-up respectively improve the current test set-up on the basis of HP-ALM, Enterprise Jira
- Define a Global Test concept and approach
- Manage the individual local release in terms of test process
- Manage the test team and allocate resources
- Communicate the status, create necessary test reports, statistics, etc.
Your qualifications
- Experience in creation of test concepts and test plans
- Experience in analyzing the test outcome
- Good knowledge of HPQC
- Ideally first experience with Salesforce or CRM project
