For our client we are searching for a Talent and Resourcing Management Information Services (MIS) Consultant (f/m).Tasks:
-will work with all business divisions focused on data admin of the DB 2010 Talent process
- responsible for partnering with Talent + Development, HR Business Partners and MIS Relationship managers and MIS Talent product specialist across global locations
-operational support
- Taking direction from MIS in coordinating the Talent data workflow
- Working closely with the HR project to design appropriate workflow processes for managers and employees in the midst of the pilot of Success Factors
- Aligning existing Talent roll-out strategy with the data workflow
- coordinate the delivery of standardized and customized reports
- Consolidate results
- Migration plan for reporting to come from HRDS for next year's Talent process-transition plan and parallel testing
- Work with the MIS Talent Access data base tool to expand it's use and help write reports
Skills:
- MS 2007 Excel + Access
- Logistical coordination design, delivery + management
- Stakeholder management
- Excellent business writing + presentation
- managing project plans
- Ability to develop effective working relationships, have a broad network in the region and can positively represent HR
