Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen freiberuflichen Consultant, der nachfolgende Anforderungen erfüllt:Anforderungen:
Mandatory skills:
- Proven deep experience in installing, configuring and integrating mid- and large-scale packaged Cisco call software components such as Cisco PBX, Cisco ICM, Cisco HDS
- Experience with HP Agent Desktop
- Design and implementation of call routing rules
- Test of call center solutions
- Good documentation skills
- Fluency in German and English
Optional skills:
- Experience with interface implementation of directory services
- Experience with Nortel PBX and Symposium Call Center Server
- Experience in setting up CTI and IVR functionality with Cisco call components (reference system is not using CTI and IVR at the moment but it may become a requirement)
- Experience with directory servers
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The resource is able to indepently design, document, integrate, and implement a Cisco based call system including the integration of an HP Agent desktop, including setup/configuration of call routing rules.
- He/she has a proven track record of implementation roles in Cisco-based call center projects with different clients.
- The resource will integrate and build interfaces to directory services where required (e.g. in the area of call extension numbers, group attributes etc.)
- Testing the call architecture is also part of this role.
- In case, a third-party provider is chosen for implementation support, the role may also include coordination of other contractors.
