(Die Kommunikation kann auch in Deutsch sein)The project is a multilingual, multicurrency control backend system for our company. Right now we are working with Zkoss as a Framwork, Java and PostgreSQL on a High-Availability server cluster/failover system in connection of Asterisk. ISO standards are required where necessary.
We are seeking a highly motivated Zkoss, Java and PosgreSQL team/company that has many years’ experience in the telecom branch with billing, provisioning, multi-tier/affiliates and VOIP systems. References are essential. We are, of course, looking at a long term relationship as we have more projects in the pipeline.
The first job would be to do a thorough audit of the system and send us a complete report of what needs to be improved in the existing system. Based on these results, further jobs will follow.

By accepting this bid, you (contractee) agree to our (contractor)'s terms:

1. You have a working Skype account with a working Headset.
2. You will Communication with us over Skype, Skype-Chat and email.
3. You have a fast and reliable internet connection and computer.
4. You will be reachable over phone or mobile phone.
5. You are looking for a long term relationship.
6. You are willing to sign a NDA and contract.
7. You will work with a development version history tool.
8. You will work with a bug tracker tool.
9. You will deliver database architecture, programming and UI/graphical plans, descriptions and the documentation.
10. You will upload frequently updates of your work, so someone is able to check the progress.
11. You will fully document your source code on the fly, so that further programmers understand its logic.
12. You will deliver before development starts the necessary mock-ups and developing workflow documents.
13. Complete and fully-functional program(s) both in executable form and complete source code must be supplied by contractee.
14. Applications must be in a ready-to-run condition, as follows:
a) Web sites or other server-side applications intended to only ever exist in one place must be installed by the contractee in the contractor's chosen environment.
b) All other applications, including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute, must consist of a software installation package that will install the software in a ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
15. All applications will be considered "work made under hire" under Swiss Copyright law. Contractor will receive exclusive and complete copyright to all work contracted. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by contractor on the site as per the contractee's Legal Agreement).
16. No CLONES of our scripts, applications, Websites or Software may ever be built and sold.
17. When accessing contractor's server, no scripts, applications, websites or software may be downloaded unless required for work purposes. Only areas necessary for work purposes may be accessed. After finishing work, all related material (other than in writing, authorised backup copies) will be removed from local working stations.
18. Contractor's company name, scripts, applications, Websites, Software or anything related to contractor, may NOT be used as a reference.
19. It is assumed that all employees, contractees and any person related to the project have been made aware of these conditions by contractee.
20. No communication related to contractor's company or work may be discussed or communicated in the public domain.
