Ihre Aufgaben:
- Support worldwide SAP MM Purchasing harmonization project (3 SAP systems / 8 clients / workflow + non-workflow)
- Support Project Lead, mainly
- Overview regarding solving of CR / Bug fix in all OPP systems
- Overview regarding outcome of IT meetings
- Address tickets (e.g. regarding payment term / Incoterm cleansing)
- Check implementation of CRs / Bug Fix (details e.g. for PT / Incoterms)
- Organize / prepare Change Approval Board (decision meeting for Change requests)
- Update business specification
- Definition of test cases (PIF system)
- Preparation / coordination / execution of roll out for specific “small sites” (TCC / Bejing)
- User Acceptance Test (UAT) Change Requests /Bug fix from different waves over time
- Biz Coordination User Acceptance Test (UAT) for one SAP system (PIF system)
- Change Management Support (emails, Intranet)
- Review / create training material
- Create short manual from functional design for Workflow process, requestors etc.
- Support after stabilization phase for wave 3
Ihre Qualifikation
- Very good SAP MM PUR Know How (operational)
- SAP Test know how (UAT)
- SAP documentation know how (biz specification)
- Very good xls / ppt know how
- Project management skills (project coordination), moderation
- Very good English
- Self independent working style
- Team Worker + very good communication skills
- Trainer skills (preparation / execution)
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry (desired)
