Task:
The NG CRM programme has been set up to align the CRM implementation in 4 countries with a joint approach by using a central Kernel. In order to manage the very complex Program in a mulitnational enviroment a highly experienced Senior Program Manager with the following skills is needed:
Multi-year experience within the telecommunications industry.
Broad expertise in all methods of program management.
Experience managing projects large project teams spanning multiple locations and work tracks.
Professional ability and experience to see and solve intercultural conflicts.
Strong leadership skills and ability to execute with ambiguous requirements.
Ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve across hierarchies.
Ability to manage in a mulitcultural environment with diverging interests persuasiveness and agility in executive stakeholder management.
Perseverance in reaching your targets.
Strategic mindset and thinking.

Accountable to the Group CIO s for the ramp-up and delivery of one major IT transformation to transforming the major part of the Customer CRM Application landscapeResponsible to implement a modern, standardized CRM Application landscape which fits to business purposes of Customer and ist local and international affiliates and enables synergies. The program will be driven in cooperation with our partners across relevant regions, organisation and functions supporting an underlying business case. The Program Manager has to enable and coach local workstream manager / project managers in the Customer organisations to deliver on time and budget within your program. The Program Manager has to develop and implement guidelines, methods and procedure models to guide central und local project deliverablesThe Program Manager will be responsible to ensure risk management, financial transparency, quality of delivery and top management communications.

Great experience in the delivery of multinational IT CRM solutions on the basis of Oracle/Siebel.Detailed understanding of challenges and aspects of multinational CRM standardisation-Additionally strong MS Office skills are required

Multi-year experience within the telecommunications indury
Understanding of the Businessales & Marketing, Customer Care side drivers and manage this in the context of a standardisation
