Technical Specialist (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Identify technical issues, coming up in production
- Obtain overview of configuration and setup of the application
- Support installation processes for new releases or fixes from test- and production environments
- Understand bank’s release and deployment process along with usage of various tools
- Work closely with Incident managers, L1/L2 teams, Operations & data center colleagues describing the issues
- Finding technical resolution/workaround involving all parties
- Provide heads up to development team
Your qualifications
- Ability to visualize potential technical impact and thereby prioritize the issue
- Ability to work closely with Core delivery team and understand releases cycles and any technical challenges
- Ability to debug and identify offending code (Java/SQL)
- Experience with Oracle, UNIX (AIX beneficial)
- Experience in L1/L2/L3, MQ, Hava, J2EE, XML and JMS is a plus
- Documentation and communication skills
- Team player mentality
- Fluency in German and English
