Task:Purpose:
- Controls the Release Management lifecycle for all Office 365 services
- Coordinates Office 365 release integration with all application owners globally
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all release
- Maintain release concept
- Evaluate and test new and changed features in Office 365 and their impact
- Resolve dependencies of cloud updates
- Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
- Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
- Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests or announced Office 365 updates
- Conduct release readiness reviews
- Produce deployment and run books as well as implementation plans
- Provide release reporting
- Maintain the release schedule and ensure alignment across involved stakeholders
- Lead and coordinate the go-live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklist

- Good understanding of the service with all of its components
- Strong networking capabilities
- Good team working skills
- Excellent understanding of the applications and interactions with Office 365 components
- Proven ITIL knowledge
- Proven project management skills
