Your Skills
- 3-5+ experience in IT Service Design
- Knowledge in ITIL
- Knowledge and experience in Design Thinking
- Knowledge and experience in doing workshops with customs
- Knowledge and experience in FNT Service Planet or identical Service Management Databases is a plus
- Have the ability to understand customer business needs and support with IT systems.
Your Tasks
- Delivering Workshop: Value Proposition Workshop, Customer Journey Workshop, Prototyping Workshop
- consolidate the outcomes of the workshops
- create the data structure of the new service in the Service Management Database (FNT Service Planet)
- input of the data of the new service into the Service Management Database (SMDB)
- Test the onboarded service and bring it into production
- Document the outcomes of the work and provide status reports
- good verbal skills
