On behalf of our insurance customer we are looking for an „Interims Manager Head of Service Integration/ Head of SIAM“ (m/f).
Your Tasks:
- Manage a team of service managers, project managers and solution designers
- Transform and coach organization into a service based approach
- Develop new products and services based on an efficient sourcing strategy (external/internal providers)
- Establish and steer a service lifecycle management including the according governance
- Ensure proper service delivery on best practice ITIL service management implementation
- Manage P&L view on product level
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design fulfilling business needs
- Implement service delivery based on solution design and service expectations
Your Qualification:
- Strong IT Service Management track record
- Senior level in environments operating a 20M EUR + service portfolio, preferably including the following:
- Management of IT service delivery in a complex multi-sourced environment
- Experience in implementing a service integration capability across multiple suppliers or parties, ideally using a SIAM
- Robust experience and understanding of IT Service management practices covering all ITIL disciplines
- Credible large scale service transition and transformation experience
- Experience of engaging productively with Senior Business Stakeholders
- Demonstrates examples of delivering value to organizations through the effective use of IT outsource services
