Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen Interim Contract LeadZielsetzung der Aufgabe:
Act as commercial/contract lead for the German market for an interim period of 6 months. Review, drafting, negotiation and risk assessment of all tenders, NDAs, partnership agreements, MOUs, contracts, JVs, ensuring compliance with commercial policy and process, as well as German law.
Hauptaufgaben:
• Create standard templates for commercial agreements for the German market
• Draft and negotiate tender and proposals
• Negotiate contracts
• Negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders ensuring that terms are “back to back” and Airwave is protected from subcontractor default and insolvency
• Draft, review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Partnership Agreements, MOUs, Joint Ventures
• Influence the commercial and financial structure of the deal to create the best position for Airwave
• Ensure local insurance meets requirements and is line with Airwave policy
• In liaison with Finance ensure that all statutory requirements are fulfilled.
• Preparation of commercial section for all internal reviews
• Completion of risk register in relation to commercial risks
• Ensure that all documents are correctly recorded and filed
Gewünschte Skills sind wie folgt:
• Any essential qualifications (GCSE/A levels/degree/professional level)
• Thorough knowledge of EU-purchase and procurement laws and regulations, German public procurement tenders and contracts, VOL/A, VOL/B, VOF, EVB-IT contracts
• Minimum 5 years relevant commercial experience
• Working in a multifunctional international telecoms or IT services environment
• Working in a small company
• IT/Outsourcing contracts
• Good working knowledge of English as well as German
• Must be team player, good communicator, excellent organisation skills, attention to detail
