Our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company based in the Rhein-Main area, is currently looking for a freelance Sourcing Manager (m/f) to support the Consumer Health Unit. The project starts in November with a length of 14 months (extension possible). You should be available 4-5 days and you will be working on the client's site.You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Managing and executing the sourcing strategy for Marketing & Sales Procurement categories (e.g. marketing agencies, business intelligence, media, etc.)
- Deliver substantial value to Consumer Health business, as well as to global strategic initiatives
- Deliver Best total value in terms of quality, cost and innovation by driving cross functional alignment and strategic sourcing best practices
For this role, the following qualification is required:
- Ability to convince senior leadership sourcing recommendations
- Experience in Procurement / Marketing-Procurement
- Superior negotiation skills
- Understanding of challenges in marketing and in particular for digital channels
- English business fluent, German nice to have
