Für meinen Kunden im GR Köln suche ich einen IT Supporter/Admin (w/m).Projektstart: Oktober/ November
Einsatzort: GR Köln
Projektdauer: 12 Monate
Auslastung: 4-5 Tage/ Woche
Projekt: Betriebsunterstützung bzw. 1st& 2nd Level Support/ Administration
Aufgaben:
? Administration and documentation of backup and recovery processes of all server and network systems
? Monitoring and documentation of tickets in the helpdesk system / Trouble-Shooting / Support of end users
? Installation, configuration and support of the software, hardware in use (e.g. servers, storage systems, PC´s, laptops, printers, switches, telephone systems, mobile devices, Windows server, Active Directory, Exchange, Databases, Antivirus, Office, …)
? Administration of our LAN, WLAN and WAN infrastructure, firewall systems, and virtual infrastructure.
? Ensuring that all reasonable steps for data protection have been made / Maintenance of our user accounts and system access rights
? Administrative tasks, e.g. Monitoring of systems, setup and update documentation (manuals, system configurations, systems & license database), monthly report of possible improvements/risks, participation in procurement of IT equipment
Anforderungen:
Windows Systeme& Server, AD, Exchange, SQL
Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Virtualisierung- Vmware
Basis Netzwerkkenntnisse (Cisco Switche, VPN, WLAN, etc.)
