For my client in Munich I'm looking for a freelance Finance Process Manager (m/w) for the regional RPA implementation.Tasks:
Support Regional PM (Solid Line) and Central Bot PM by steering Regional RPA implementation :
* Prepareprocessreviewbycollectingandpreparingas-isprocessdocumentation
* ParticipatetoProcessreviewandproposeRPAsolutions
* Support local OEs in Database efficiency completion (efficiency measures)
* ProposeprioritizationandplanningforRPAimplementation
* Support localSMEs in RACIdocumentation
* Quality gateforRACIdocumentationbeforegoingtoFBSreview
* Support / CoordinatewithFBSRACIWalkthrough
* Support onSolution Design validationand Business casepreparation
* SteerandmonitorUATphase
* Track progressandanticipatepotentialrisk / issues
* CollectSign Off / Prepare Go Live andsupportlocalstabilizationphase
* Report to regional PM and Global RPA PM on regular basis
