A global organisation is looking to expand its thriving team with the addition of an experienced freelance Subject Matter Expert (m/f). As SME (m/f) for Digital Working, you will be responsible for:

Analyze the as is situation with respect to the working environment of the users (The whole range and all aspects need to be taken into consideration: user devices, furniture concept for the workspace of the future, open space concepts, different office areas for different needs, mobility and flexibility concepts) -
Together with the bank's experts, an approach needs to be developed to define a concept how a building should be equipped to fit the needs, enabling users to do their work efficiently in line with the requirements of the different entities as well as with the guidelines of the group -
A change process regarding new ways of working towards a situation with a higher level of usage of modern IT tools needs to be initiated -
Contribution to the transformation process to finally establish the new working environment. An active role during the piloting phase is part of this process
What skills should you have?
-
The job requires a deep knowledge of the architecture and technology of a modern working environment (hardware, software, furniture, office concepts, new ways of working) -
Project Management knowledge incl. expertise in transformation processes -
working experience in the field of "change the working environment" covering all phases from the first ideas until the concept is finally put in place -
Advanced knowledge of MS Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
