For our client we are searching for a IT Infrastructure Project Manager (f/m) support for assigned Corporate Real Estate (CRES) project(s).Tasks:
- 100% Accountable for management and delivery of IT infrastructure projects according to defined IES project framework including but not limited to:
- Establish and manage IES project work streams
- Preparing and managing timelines/project plans
- Preparing scope documents
- Managing escalations/issues/risks, etc. within project
- Ensure communications of project status and key issues to program lead and stakeholders
- Ensure Governance - working with PMO teams
- Financials - manage/track and report on budget by working w/ CRES and Finance as necessary
- Technical, financial and delivery (scope, approach, timeline, cost)
- Travel for site surveys and project work as required
Skills:
- Strong Project Management skills
- Requires technology knowledge and deployment experience on Real Estate Projects
- Experience using Clarity PPM
- English + German
- Banking
