Testmanager (m/f) Ref. Nr.: 13988 - KR
Contractual relationship: Subcontractor / Freelancer or Employee
Duration: February/March 2018 for 6 month, option for renewal
Location: Postcode 6 - Frankfurt am Main
Tasks:
- Coordination of testing activities during every stage of the test process
- Coordination with Business team on testing projects, defining testing strategies and providing test plans incl. Timelines
- Guidance and advice to the test team, developers and BA’s
- Schedule and run daily or weekly meetings with Business and IT
- Create and publish daily or weekly status reports
- Ensure compliance of the projects with the internal Test Management Framework
- Coordination of overall acceptance process and handover to production
- Operational test management for subprojects
- Reporting to test team lead
- Support (and back up for) test team lead in management tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the role test manager
- Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to coordinate across teams in a multi location and multi-cultural environment
- Stress resistant and ability to multi-task
- Dynamic and self-motivated
- Exposure to a formal development methodology (preferably Agile, Continuous Integration, TDD)
- Experience in using HPQC for end to end test management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in investment banking (knowledge of IB products)
- Knowledge of regulations (EMIR, Dodd Frank, MiFID, FATCA, FTT, etc.)
- Test automation using HPQC, HP UFT and/or Cucumber
- Knowledge of Business Analysis and requirements analysis techniques
- Experience with Java, Websphere, Oracle based projects
- Fluent in English and German, spoken and written
- Strong analytical skills
