Ihre Aufgaben:
- Maintains the integrated local market project plan so that it accurately reflects the status of the project incorporating key risks and issues of distribution to all stakeholders
- Highlights local market dependencies external to the project that have an impact on the project plan to monitor the risk resulting from those dependencies
- Creates a weekly local market project level status report that accurately reflects the status of the project incorporating key risks and issues for distribution to all stakeholders
- Builds up a local project structure
- Tracks financial progress including maintenance of the costs to complete (spend outlook)
- Administers local market project risk and issue process by supporting workstream leaders in their weekly review of risks and issues
- Responsible for local change control
- Coordinates and enforces appropriate quality control and the gate-keeping process for the project at a local level
- Assists local market leadership with budget control and the estimation & realisation of benefits
- Identifies and tracks local inter-dependencies, working with concerned local team
- Takes care that the global guidelines will be kept
- Charges for an approved project documentation
Ihre Qualifikation
- Has senior project management experience in IT-projects with a global approach
- Has basic SAP ERP knowledge
- Understands back office processes (Finance, Sales & Distribution, Procurement, Medical)
- Understands IT-infrastructure processes (Network, Servers, Interfaces, Telephone)
- Speaks fluent English
