We are looking for an
Outsourcing specialist (m/f)

Place: in Bavaria
Branch: Herstellung von bestückten Leiterplatten

Your tasks:
  • Coordination of purchasing activities and acting as a central point of contact to business partners for all supply chain relevant aspects
  • Process purchase requisitions and initiate purchase orders
  • Ensure material availability and trigger inventory movements
  • Track and interpret “Work-In-Progress” closely together with the suppliers
  • Schedule and monitor shipments in a cost effective and timely manner to meet customer demand and / or production requirements
  • Align with suppliers to accelerate or delay deliveries to meet production requirements
  • Perform regular reconciliation of shipments versus invoice receipts and initiate follow up actions with the target to ensure consistent ERP data
  • Resolve discrepancies and problems with inventory, production schedules, or material shortages and implement procedures and measures to avoid future problems
  • Escalate quality issues
  • Drive improvement projects with suppliers
  • Develop, utilise and communicate inventory, lead time, yield and order fulfillment reports as a basis for management updates and ERP parameter setup


Your qualifications
  • Completed studies in business management or industrial engineering with focus on supply chain relevant areas like planning, purchasing, logistics or similar areas - alternatively you gained significant working experience in a comparable area
  • Preferred is first professional experience in the area of logistics and supply chain management
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills, very good process understanding
  • A high degree of self-initiative
  • Flexible, dynamic thinker with hands-on mentality
  • Good communication skills to motivate improvements and drive the change
  • Extended skills in Excel, basics in Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be an advantage
  • Fluency in German and English
