We need very urgent for a Client Project a experienced SAP HR PT/PY Consultant:Tasks
· Support of German Payroll and Time Management SAP HR system referring to new requirements and enhancements.
· Supporting German Business in specifying their requirements and user acceptance testing before bringing it to production system in PT (positive Time Management) and PY.
· Close working relationship with SAP design team to coordinate activities concerning day to day support with Germany (ticket prioritization, follow up on current status of Change request etc.) as single point of contact
· The person has to be familiar in general SAP HR process consulting
· Moreover the role includes support of the global system with all incidents, enhancements and finalizing reporting and CR reporting that has started already and is close to go to Production.
· Main focus in Global System is supporting writing functional specifications together with the Business, Blueprint documentation and system testing before handing it over to user.
Skills
· Strong working knowledge of SAP HR functionality incl. OM, PA and German PY and PT (positive time management)
· Sound understanding of business processes in the HR function
· Experience of at least 3 full cycle SAP HR implementations.
· SAP HR module (ECC 6.0)
· Experience in the configuration of SAP HR will be an advantage to facilitate writing functional specs, but not needed to fulfil the task
