Beschreibung
Task:Lead and manage one to two software development projects focussing on enhancements (technical as well as functional) of existing applications in the Credits Domain. Work place will be in Giubiasco (TI) in our software development center with more than 50 IT professionals, but travels (ca. once per week) to Zurich will be needed in order to meet business representatives.
Requirements (Must have):
- 3 or more years experience in management of IT projects (application development)
- 5 or more years experience in IT projects or software development
- fluent written and spoken German and English
- distinctive project planning and controlling skills
- distinctive soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background
Nice to have:
- experience in international projects
- project management education and certificate (PMI or IPMA)
- experience in banking or finance industry
- experience witthe clients software development methodology
