Ihre Aufgaben:
- Planning, configuring, running, managing, monitoring and maintaining IT services for the business
- Locating and isolating errors, starting workarounds and/or escalations, starting recovery-, restart- and restore procedures
- Advising the end user on all questions of the operating and exceptional situations
- Accepting and verifying orders concerning the input-output management in collaboration with the customer
- Putting new or changed software into operation (Release Management)
- Testing, approving and implementing hardware and software applications
- Managing and monitoring the system load (including tuning and performance tasks)
- Ensuring the operation of hard- and software including local network and telecommunication and backup
- Elaborating guidelines for the production and coordinating the flow of work
- Ensuring the information security for IT services according to the service levels and security guidelines
- Role: Test Scheduler
- Main Tasks
- Coordinates test persons with BAO/IM; agrees on test schedule for "Playground" and "UAT" tests
- Collects information to decide whether test on VM server or local Win7 image is required
- Manages test schedules e.g. by using "NGSC Pack&Test" group account Outlook calendar
- Backup / 2nd owner for:
- Provisioning & management of ""Win7 UAT"" and ""Win7 Playground"" environment
- Backup for role (Request&Test Finalizer)"
- Provides packages to be tested to the test environment (VM server or local client)

Ihre Qualifikation
- Special Requirements (Language, technology, certificates, degrees)
- Speaks english fluently
- Coordination skills
- Installation and maintenance of PC's, peripherals, servers, networks and communication installations
- Testing and implementation of new software products and releases.
- Creation and maintenance of operating manuals, user guides and check lists.
- Knowledge in HP Service Desk, Rada / Active Directory
