Aufgabe:-Process invoices
-Manage contracts of external staff
-Ensure monthly Time Entry System compliance of all IT staff
-Provide management support (manage diary, switchboard, organise meetings, write meeting minutes in English and German)
-Book travel arrangements
-Process VISA Creditcard statements
-Maintain stationery
-Organize and coordinate internal office moves
-Support IT education department
-Other smaller administrational tasks (support onboarding process for new joiners, organise smaller internal staff events etc)
Anforderung:
? Commercial school degree essential
? experience in a similar position
? Excellent command of both English and German (written & spoken)
? Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
? Flair for numbers and figures
? Effective use of software applications and/or workplace equipment
specific to business areas
? Able to cope with heavy workload
? Ability to deal with confidential information
