Task:You use your in-depth knowledge of software engineering to design, architect and write code for
client facing web applications. You?ll need to both understand existing code and also
contribute to designing and writing extensions and new functionality.
You will use your excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and German)
to interact/collaborate with other IT team members and our support team
to whom you will provide expert-level support as well.
Requirements (Must have):
- Proven track record of delivering reliable and scalable software in a highly delivery-focused environment
- At least 6 years experience in Java / J2EE software development;
Servlets, JSP, EJB, HTML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, XSLT
- Expert level Java Swing experience, excellent know how of the SPRING framework
- Hands-on Unix/Solaris skills (including scripting & packaging)
- Extensive experience in the full software development life-cycle, including quality assurance (e.g. unit testing)
- At least 5 years working experience in the IT of a global large-sized enterprise
- Interpersonal skills according to the Project Description
Nice to have:
- RUP know how, Eclipse (RAD) experience
- MS Access know how
- Know how in Banking / Financial Services
