- Responsible for Incident Resolution and recovery, meeting Service Level A

- Responsible for implementation of ACCS security policy
- Responsible for maintenance of security incident reporting and ACCS secur

Escalates incidents beyond the unit's capabilities
- Stays abreast of technological developments relevant to the area of work
- Participates in a 24/7 Shift rooster when required
- Performs other duties as directed
