For our client, a global R&D Chip Provider we are looking for an Application Engineer - Technical Customer Support (m/f) on a freelance basis for Munich (f/m)
Project Start: ASAP
Project duration: 6 Months

Tasks:
- First line worldwide technical customer support for Intel uCPE Products with focus on WAN Interfaces/Modems for Copper DSL, G.Fast and Fibre PON.
- Analysis of reported technical customer issues.
- Issue solving in close cooperation with internal R&D and global support teams.
- Design-In support for top customer projects.
- Technical support for opportunity development, promotion and qualification.
- Individual customer requirements engineering, support coordination, issues tracking and status reporting.
- Technical trainings, customer demos and presentations.
- Main technical interface for selected key customers and strategic partners.
Skills:
- Experience with Communication Systems, especially CPEs / Home Gateways, Network Processor and IP Technologies. Expertise in DSL and Fiber/PON desired.
- Experience in measurement techniques Spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer, GHz-oscilloscope, BERT, Protocol Tester
- Experienced in C/C++, embedded Linux and real-time Programming, Communication SW / Protocol Stacks.
- Independent working style with strong ability to work in a global Team.
- Strong customer orientation
- At least 5 years working experience.

Written and spoken English know-how is demanded
