Your tasks:
- Perform advanced triage and proactive identification of potential production issues
- Assess technical requirements of requests and scope for projects and communicate results to business client, project team, and IT counterparts
- Serve on systems development/upgrade/enhancement project teams as technical liaison between business clients, IT Infrastructure and the development groups
- Define, prioritize, and test a backlog of production related defects, stability
- Perform development activities, programming and coding as needed
- Participation in on-call rotation
Your qualifications
- Experience in working independently on projects, including with non-technology personnel
- Experience writing SQL queries and performing SOAP UI tests
- Know-how regarding Splunk, AppDynamics, and other production support tools
- Improvement and monitoring capabilities
