Beschreibung
Aufgabe:- Managing full lifecycle for IT Infra projects in Storage, Mainframe and Connectivity area
- Virtualisation of Server and Efficiency Programs
- Developing Business cases for large Programs, presenting and negotiating them with Senior Stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining accurate project plans, status reports, forecasts and resource plans
- Deliverying projects to the agreed plan and within the agreed budget
- Managing internal, external and virtual projects team globally in all time zones
- accountable for the overall risk and issue management function
Anforderung:
- University degree or a higher level of technical or business qualification
- several years of project / program management experience, preferred in the IT-Infra (distributed systems) area
- Excellent leadership skills, able to kick off and lead a program with drive
- Outstanding communication and relationsship mgmt skills at all levels - also with senior bank management
- Ability to structure complex tasks
- Broad IT skills (incl. Investment banking experience)
- Methodical skills for planning, controlling, reporting and leading projects (preferrable PMI Certification
- Excellent Englisch and German skills
- Organising and leading workshops and senior Management Meetings in complex environments
