On behalf of our client, a prestigious International Telecommunications Company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Global Key Account Manager – Application & Software to be based permanently in Germany.You will be responsible for establishing, developing and closing business opportunities in the field of network services as well as sales support by building relationships at middle and senior levels with client.
The main responsibilities have included:
• Identification of Key Customer requirements and working together with technical and virtual teams to deliver services.
• Managing of smooth implementation of requirements with the product solutions.
• Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models and support product features.
• To participate in regional grand integrated marketing activities; to be responsible for creation of sales account plans which will address new business opportunities consistent with overall company strategy.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years direct carrier network and enterprise sales / account management experience with a proven track record with the incumbents in Europe.
• Good knowledge of NGIN, Billing and IMS. In-depth and clear understanding of core network strategy and trends.
• Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
• Proven ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans. A proven track record of building long-term relationships with strategic carrier accounts.
• Determined to deliver result at a start-up stage. Must be self-motivated to carry responsibility all through the business cycle.
• Willing to travel within and outside of Europe.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English and German language both written and spoken.
