Activities and tasks:• Implementation of ITSM processes , service integration and alignment with 3rd party providers
• Integration of all support groups and business areas in a standardized support organization
• Harmonisation of global IT-support processes for all business areas
• Design, implementation and testing of the incident management process and respective documentation
• Specification of process design together with the customer
• Design and develop a governance model with the customer and respective documentation
Required Skills:
• ITIL Processes Expert
• Customer communication skills
• Basic ITSM Tool Knowledge (ServiceNow)
• Languages: fluent English and German
• Level: Senior Consultant
Location: Leverkusen (occasional customer meetings in Düsseldorf)
Start: ASAP
