For one of our clients we are looking for an ITSM ConsultantActivities and tasks :
• Integration of all support groups and business areas in a standardized support organization
• Harmonisation of global IT-support processes for all business areas
• Design, implementation and testing of the change management process and respective documentation
• Design, implementation and testing of the service request fulfillment process and respective documentation
• Specification of process design together with the customer
Required Skills:
• Customer communication skills
• Basic ITSM Tool Knowledge (ServiceNow)
• Languages: fluent English and German
• Level: Senior Consultant
Location: Leverkusen (occasional customer meetings in Düsseldorf)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months+
