Task:
- Conception how to enter biometric data and handle handwritten documents in the registration office.
- Scanning and digitalisation of such documents.
- Building up an architecture and the following implementation of the concepts.

Skills:
good knowledge of writing an conception, architeture
knowledge of the manufacturer of identification systems (Siemens, Thales, etc)

location: remote, some days on Haiti
