Linux System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, Berlin, Germany.
A Global managed service provider has a requirement for an experienced Linux Systems Administrator for a customer project in Germany. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for the implementation of a Mirantis Cloud Platform, and will be involved in requirements analysis, implementation/deployment and process improvement.
To be considered we are looking for:

Strong Linux administration experience (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) to include production level software and hardware.

Hands-on experience in Puppet, SaltStack or other IT automation tools
- Practical administration experience of virtualized environments based on KVM/Docker
- Hands-on experience with Scripting languages
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot code written in Python
- Fluent Germany language skills.
Advantageous skills include: Knowledge of OpenStack, experience in onboarding applications to the cloud, Python programming, experience with monitoring/logging solutions (Zabbix/docker/sensu/grafana/ES), knowledge of SDN/Juniper Contrail solutions, knowledge of Kubernetes and Application Containerization
As this is a customer facing role we require candidates who are fluent in German, also with good English language skills.
