- Knowledge in: SAP CRM mobile client, SAP CRM middleware, SAP CRM Web UI
- Programing skills (LSMW)
- Support of users, data migration
- Support of roll-outs of mobile client
- Support for user access questions and procedures
Environment/Miscellaneous:
- Locally: Support on site 2MD
- Remote: Each day 2 hours support (BDOC cleasing, monitoring of ticket system)
