Background / Context
Our client is currently in the process of 22 rollouts for Workplace Services and End User Services. A selected vendor is managing the rollouts and this service is here to ensure the smooth delivery with that Vendor, both helping and monitoring vendor and interfacing between vendor and our client for rollout activities.
Scope of the rollouts: WPS & EUS Services including the deployment of hardware and peripherals, rollout of windows 10, printers, new applications,
SCCM, MDM, ITSM system (ServiceNow), new service desk (remote service desk), service management processes (ITIL).
Service description
· Rollout Planning, Scheduling & Management for 22 Rollouts
· Acting as an internal extension of our client to ensure the vendor is delivering according to agreed SLA’s
· Ensuring the delivery of assigned projects on time, budget, quality, scope with controlled risks, based on the strategy defined by our client
· Coordinating the client’s activities that are required for the vendor to deliver
· Monitoring activities
· Reporting, Regularly reports on progress, completion ratio
· Coordination and participation in the rollout phase
· Managing project issues as first point of escalation for the vendor
· Ensuring the quality of deliverables, by ensuring the respect of best practices
· Securing delivery of expected quality through careful handover to Support organization and to Business Stakeholders via appropriate documentation, training and coaching to the relevant stakeholders
Requisites
Must haves
· At least 5 years’ experience as a Rollout Manager
· From which at least 3 years in projects related to Workplace / workspace / End User Services
· Proven experience in some of the following Windows migration/upgrade, device rollout (i.e. device refresh) or new Service desk
· Working in a global, multinational environment
· Able to work with multiple streams of work in parallel
· Attention to detail
· Fluent in German
· Ability to work in a complex environment
· Flexibility in the approach
· Extensive experience working with 3rd party services companies
Nice to have
· Project Management certification
· Experience in Pharma or Medical Device industry
· Experience in validated, GxP environments

· Validated global and local rollout plans
· Regular status reports
· Rollout execution status reports and summary reports for all rollouts
· Lessons learned from each rollout
