- Senior consulting skills

- Experienced in development coordination.
- Interface between technical consultants and development team
- Technical knowledge in ABAP / ABAP-OO as well as
- enhancement techniques of the new SAP CRM 7.0 web-based User-Interface
Project Description:
CIP - Customer Interaction Portal
The Customer Interaction Portal (CIP) initiative of our customer started in 2008 with the implementation of a single instance of a SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application within the group to reduce the number of redundant CRM applications. This CRM implementation is based on a global CRM template which defines the global functions and their keys and codes.
Within the Project „CIP - Global requirements definition” the requirements of a global template for the four major systems of Customer Interaction Portal will be defined.
Additionally there is the need to increase functionality in marketing and sales oriented processes such as price and margin management (PMM) as well as business rules management (BRM). Last but not least the eCommerce functionality of our customer shall be integrated into the CIP platform.
Therefore the platform CIP deals with four major systems:
• Customer Relationship Management
• Price and Margin Management
• Business Rule Management
• eCommerce
The goal of this CIP platform is to improve the quality and efficiency of customer interaction by providing one central entry point to customer related information and transactions for all customer employees within their different job functions. Our vision is support the translation of business strategies to operational excellence with the help of the global Customer Interaction Portal (CIP).
Role description
- Local development consultant
- could also fulfill additional consulting activities
and should be fulltime available on site in Münster or Ludwigshafen.
- Supervises SAP-CRM V7.0 developments to be realized by the implementation Partner
• Steers progress and quality, escalates when needed
• Implementation of technical specifications in SAP CRM Release 7.0 system.
• Coach for the colleagues in SAP CRM V7.0 technical topics
Requirements:
- very high level expertise in SAP CRM V 7.0 technical topics,
especially WebUI, AET Data-Migration of master data and
transactional data Interfaces CRM - Legacy Systems,
- BW Extraktors, InfoCubes, Reports FactShee
- high level expertise in SAP CRM V 7.0 functional topics
- Management and coordination skills (for the supervising part, see above), practical experience needed!
Location: Mainly Mannheim/Ludwigshafen or Münster, travelling to other project sites in North and South America
Duration: , extension option
Price basis: best price HOURLY rate all in Mannheim/Ludwigshafen or Münster, travel expenses to other sites to be paid
