Beschreibung
Evaluation, reassignment and solution-finding of end-user problems regarding authorization management which are implemented to a global SAP-HR system (ECC 6.0). This upcoming problems will be reported via incidents (“tickets”) to the B-Level. (75%)
Near-service activities in the authorization management, e.g. customizing, job control, derivation or duplication of roles, maintaining the task catalog. (25%) – Good knowledge within SAP-HR components including typical HR authorization objects, adjacent elements FI/CO and SAP Basis and particularly structural authorization. – Good practical experience to authorization components including customizing, profile generator and any further transactions and reports. – Perform ABAP program coding incl. debugging – Proficient in German and English (in command of the written and spoken language) – Peregrine Service Center, basic knowledge of ITIL – Practical experience in application support
