Our client plans to roll out the ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX (then Dynamics 365 For Operation) for their affiliates. The ERP will be deployed with a BI solution.
Belgium and USA affiliates are already installed and working with the solution.
The roll-out program aims to deploy quickly several affiliates in parallel during the upcoming 3 years. Our first next focus will be the Asian affiliates.
In the upcoming months, an important project will start to migrate our solution from the Dynamics AX 2012R2 version to the new Dynamics 365 For Operations version.
The core solution is mainly built and maintained from Geneva. The headquarter team responsible for the solution, is organised with consultants and architects. Part of the functional and technical team is composed of external resources.
The main objectives for our client are:
- To have more flexibility with our staffing
- To manage with more efficiency the increase of workload
- To establish a long term relationship with the partner
- To work with experimented and knowledgeable consultants
This request will be sent to global European leaders having expertise on Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 FO.
Our client is looking for resources with skills on Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and on Dynamics 365 For Operation.
Development, infrastructure and functional skills are requested within the team.
In terms of scope, our clients current solution covers Finance, Logistics and Project and includes BI component.
The main criteria for the evaluation of our potential partners are:
ability to demonstrate a large experience in such projects
competitive position of the price/rate list
