For one of our clients we are looking for support in Contract Data Networks (m/f)Purpose of Role
This is a new role. The role is to support the SA offices. This role will be part of the Data Networks EMEA team who are based in London. The role will work closely with the London team.
Responsibilities
+quot; Incident management
+quot; Support of production environment
+quot; Project resource for technical and business projects
+quot; Network analysis
+quot; Ensure that all support work is managed and delivered in a professional and timely manner
Our Requirements
+quot; Knowledge in:
¢ Cisco Routing (BGP/OSPF)
¢ Cisco Enterprise switching
¢ MPLS
¢ VPN
¢ Firewalls (Cisco, NetScreen)
¢ Cisco IP Tel
¢ NetVantage
¢ Cisco CCNA certified
+quot; Finance industry experience preferred
+quot; Extensive Cisco experience
+quot; Extensive networking support experience
+quot; Very good customer service
